  1.     The FastDownload 2000 - download manager

  3.     License for use and distribution
  4.     ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

  6.       The FastDownload 2000 is try-and-buy software. This means:
  7.  
  8.    1. All copyrights to FastDownload 2000 are exclusively owned by the author
  9.       - Sergey Chayka.
  10.  
  11.    2. There are 5 basic types of licenses issued for FastDownload 2000, these are:
  12.  
  13.       a.  A single computer USAGE license. The user purchases ONE license 
  14.           to USE the FastDownload 2000 on ONE computer. 
  15.  
  16.       b.  A Multiple USAGE license.  The user purchases a number of USAGE 
  17.           licenses for use, by the purchaser, the purchaser's employees or 
  18.           acredited agents, on the same number of computers. 
  19.  
  20.       c.  A SITE USAGE license.  The user purchases a single USAGE license, 
  21.           authorising the USE of FastDownload 2000, by the purchaser, the purchaser's 
  22.           employees or acredited agents, on an unlimited number of computers 
  23.           at the same physical SITE location.  This SITE location would 
  24.           normally be defined as a single building, but could be considered 
  25.           to be a number of buildings within the same, general, geographical 
  26.           location, such as an industrial estate or small town.

  28.       d.  A CORPORATE, NATIONAL or INTERNATIONAL USAGE license.  The user 
  29.           purchases a single USAGE license, authorising the USE of FastDownload 2000, by 
  30.           the purchaser, the purchaser's employees or acredited agents, on 
  31.           an unlimited number of computers, regardless of location, but 
  32.           owned or under the control of the purchaser. 
  33.            
  34.       e.  A CORPORATE, RESALE license.  The user purchases a license for a 
  35.           limited and specified number of copies for the purpose of 
  36.           reselling individual licenses to a third party with COOLSHEETS being 
  37.           included as a part of another application or system.  This license 
  38.           does NOT allow the direct reselling of FastDownload 2000 as a stand-alone 
  39.           product. 
  40.  
  41.       Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use 
  42.       FastDownload 2000 on as many computers as defined by the licensing terms above 
  43.       according to the number of licenses purchased, for any legal purpose.  
  44.       The registered FastDownload 2000 software may not be rented or leased, but may be 
  45.       permanently transferred, in it's entirety, if the person receiving it 
  46.       agrees to the terms of this license.  If the software is an update, 
  47.       the transfer must include the update and all previous versions. 
  48.  
  49.    4. The FastDownload 2000 unregistered shareware version, may be freely distributed, 
  50.       provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or 
  51.       company may charge a fee for the distribution of FastDownload 2000 without
  52.       written permission from the copyright holder.

  54.    5. To register you must complete the registration form and send it, with 
  55.       registration fee, to one of the authorized registration site.
  56.  
  57.    6. The FastDownload 2000 IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".  NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS 
  58.       EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT 
  59.       BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF 
  60.       LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE. 
  61.  
  62.    7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, 
  63.       decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the 
  64.       licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as 
  65.       provided for in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall 
  66.       result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may 
  67.       result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  69.       All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Sergey Chayka.

  71.    8. Installing and using FastDownload 2000 signifies acceptance of these terms and 
  72.       conditions of the license. 
  73.  
  74.   10. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove 
  75.       FastDownload 2000 files from your storage devices and cease to use the 
  76.       product.
